Gain Distance

Every golfer wants to hit the ball farther. There are many good ways to increase distance off the tee and fairway. The best way to do this quickly is to hit the ball in the center of the club face.
To do this you will need to make a good swing. To start slow down and try to feel more athletic when you make you swing. Don't try to kill it. All you will accomplish is a miss hit. That is simple not the way to go the distance.
In order to get this feeling, at address let your arms hang straight dow in front of you, take your grip from this position. Draw the club back on a low wide arc( it is important to keep "width" in your backswing at the top), once at the top, you should feel like you are coiling your torso against your lower body.

From here release into the downswing from the ground up. Pushing your weight into the ground, starting with your feet up to your hips. Turning your hips toward the target, imagine you are throwing a punch, fire the right side hard without loosing balance. Finish the swing high in the air. Chest high, belt buckle straight at the target.

Remember start slow to gain balance, once you have gained balance throughout the swing then you can turn it up and only then
